Scaffolding
Our scaffolders are highly experienced in erecting temporary scaffold structures using the basic
components of tubes, fittings and boards. No matter what the size of
contract, whether it be for new build, refurbishment or a combination
of both, Scafco UK have the capability to design highly complicated
structures to cater for any requirements or to gain access to any area
and errect them in a safe efficient manner using our highly

Facias and Soffits |
| When it comes to replacing fascias and soffits you require expert installation to ensure your home is protected against the damp. We take extra care to remove the old fascia boards and complete all the finishing touches to protect your home. |
| Our extra care installation includes replacing rotten rafter feet, renewing cement on gable end edges, and replacing rotten felt up to the first tiling batten. |

Decaying fascias, soffits, joist ends or guttering can all cause leakage inside your building. In older properties, where these are made from natural materials such as wood, or where old metal guttering has rusted, you may want to consider replacing your old roofline materials with newly-available, easy-to-maintain alternatives. Replacing old fascias and soffits with new, UPVC versions, will keep your roofline free from leakage, remove the possibility of further rotting, and reduce the maintenance required. With our expertise and help your roof and the interior of your building will be better protected.

| Guttering |
| Leaking gutters are not just an irritation - the problems caused by water ingress which might not be easily noticed can lead to costly building repairs. |
| The gutter is fixed with concealed hangers which are positioned no more than 450mm apart, giving the gutter great strength and the ability for the gutter to withstand ladder work. The brackets are fixed with screws to complement the life of the gutter. |
| Down pipes - Our gutter system can be fixed to your existing down pipes or to a new down pipe system. |
| Installation For the average house, installation will be done in one day. The crew will work their way around the house, fabricating, installing and sealing each length of gutter and each inside or outside corner as they go. The last step is the connection to existing down pipes or the installation of new down pipes as required. |
